Refund policy
REFUND/EXCHANGE
We have a 15-day refund/exchange policy for damaged or incorrect orders. We do not accept returns. To be eligible for a refund/exchange, a request must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase at support@petezgate.com. Photo evidence of damaged items must be provided. Refund/Exchange is at PetezGate's discretion.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received evidence of damaged items. You will be notified, via email, of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at support@petezgate.com.
We do not offer refunds for gift cards.
